Fallen trees grew on common lands of settlements (Article 37-3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Flora").
Interested party in removal: legal entities and (or) citizens.
Permission from the local executive and
administrative body is required.
The procedure for issuing permits is established by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.10.2011 No. 1426.
Legal entities and citizens interested in removing fallen trees growing on reserve lands, common lands of settlements, apply in writing on this matter to the local executive and administrative body.
Works on the removal of fallen trees are carried out by: persons authorized by the local executive and administrative body
in the field of landscaping.
Compensation measures: not carried out.
