FALLEN TREES | REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Fallen trees growing on reserve lands (Article 37-3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Plant World").

Interested party in removal: legal entities and (or) citizens.

Permission from the local executive and administrative body is mandatory.

The procedure for issuing permits is established by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.10.2011 No. 1426.

Legal entities and citizens interested in removing fallen trees growing on reserve lands shall apply in writing on this matter to the local executive and administrative body.

Fallen trees are removed by land plot users within the boundaries of the land plots granted to them, as well as by other persons under a civil law contract with the land plot users.

Compensation measures: not carried out.
