The regulations for administrative procedures for obtaining a comprehensive environmental permit have been adjusted

The Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection dated August 21, 2025 No. 41 has amended the administrative procedure regulations for obtaining an integrated environmental permit, carried out with respect to business entities, under sub-items 6.27.1 and 6.27.2 of List No. 548.
