Changes to environmental norms and regulations

Amendments have been made to environmental norms and rules:

EcoNiP 17.06.08-003-2022 "Environmental Protection and Nature Management. Hydrosphere. Requirements for maintaining surface water bodies in proper condition and their improvement," approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources of March 11, 2022 No. 2-T;

EcoNiP 17.06.06-005-2022 "Environmental Protection and Nature Management. Hydrosphere. Requirements for ensuring environmental safety during the operation of wastewater treatment facilities discharged into the environment," approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources of December 13, 2022 No. 28-T.

The Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources of August 20, 2020 No. 6-T "On the approval of environmental norms and rules" has been declared invalid.

The Resolution comes into force on January 1, 2026.
