Amendments have been made to the resolution "On the approval of administrative procedure regulations and other documents on special water use"

October 4, 2025, the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated September 16, 2025, No. 50 "On Amending the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated March 25, 2022, No. 22" came into force. The new version clarifies wording, adds paragraphs, and specifies in the regulations for the administrative procedure "Obtaining a permit for special water use" that benefits regarding the fee amount charged for the administrative procedure are established by sub-item 2.7 of item 2 of Article 286 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus.
