On the distribution of quantitative restrictions on the import of ozone-depleting substances into the Republic of Belarus in 2026

In accordance with the legislation, quantitative restrictions have been allocated by establishing quotas for legal entities for the import of ozone-depleting substances into the Republic of Belarus in the first and second half-years of 2026.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection will coordinate applications for licenses and issue permits (authorization documents) to legal entities for the import of ozone-depleting substances into the Republic of Belarus in 2026, taking into account the allocated quantitative restrictions.

Violation of the legislation on the protection of the ozone layer entails administrative liability in accordance with Article 16.43 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses.
