Sorting correctly. Bulky waste

Bulky waste refers to household waste whose dimensions exceed 0.5 meters in any direction and which cannot be disposed of in regular containers. Bulky waste includes old furniture (sofas, wardrobes), household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines), plumbing fixtures (toilets, bathtubs), as well as waste from minor repairs and landscaping (e.g., window frames, stumps).

Where should bulky waste be taken?

Next to regular containers, there should be a specially equipped area for bulky waste or a large bunker container (volume from 6 m³) specifically for bulky waste.
Separate compartments for collecting bulky waste may also be organized in modular container sites.

What to do if there is neither a site nor a bunker?
Contact your housing organization (ZhES, Housing and Communal Services) or the organization that handles waste removal in your area and clarify the procedure.
It is the responsibility of the Housing and Communal Services to provide a collection point for such waste.

A separate rule for new residents.
Are you renovating a newly built apartment (the building is less than 3 years old)? The bulky waste norm does not apply to you. The removal of construction waste is a paid service that must be ordered independently.

Appliances and electronics CANNOT be disposed of in the bulky waste area!
