Updated regulations for planting trees and shrubs near the boundaries of neighboring land plots

In accordance with the updated Rules for the Improvement and Maintenance of Settlements, on the land plot provided for the maintenance of a single-family residential building, apartments in a semi-detached house, the planting of vegetation (trees, shrubs) must be carried out at a certain distance from the boundaries of adjacent plots.

For tall plants, reaching a height of more than 3 meters in adulthood, this distance is at least 3 meters, for medium-sized plants (up to 3 meters in adulthood) - at least 2 meters, for low-growing plants (up to 2 meters in adulthood) - at least 1 meter. In addition, in the zone 1 meter from the boundary of the adjacent land plot, the placement of lawns and plants no higher than 1 meter is allowed.
The updated norms for planting trees and shrubs at the borders with neighbors do not apply to previously planted plants.
