State statistical reporting on form 1-Water (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection) "Report on water use for 2025"

Important information for water-using organizations

The state statistical report in form 1-Voda (Ministry of Natural Resources) "Report on Water Use" (hereinafter referred to as the report) for 2025 is submitted in accordance with Resolution of the National Statistical Committee dated 28.11.2022 No. 125 (as amended on 11.10.2023 No. 129), which approved the form of the report and instructions for filling out the electronic form of the state statistical report in form 1-Voda (Ministry of Natural Resources) "Report on Water Use".

For reference:

The report is submitted by:

• legal entities carrying out special water use based on permits for special water use or integrated environmental permits (hereinafter referred to as permits), and their separate divisions with a separate balance sheet;
• legal entities, separate divisions of legal entities with a separate balance sheet, operating recirculating water supply systems with a water flow rate of more than 5 cubic meters per day without special water use.

The report is not submitted by:

• gardening associations and dacha cooperatives;
• peasant (farmer) farms.

The report must be submitted by February 10, 2026, in electronic form using specialized software with an open key certificate (electronic digital signature tool of the State System of Open Keys for Verification of Electronic Digital Signatures of the Republic of Belarus), issued within the State System of Open Keys for Verification of Electronic Digital Signatures of the Republic of Belarus, on the official website of the National Statistical Committee on the global computer network Internet.
