On departmental reporting on the results of accounting in the field of atmospheric air protection

The website of the Vitebsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection features a list of respondents for the departmental report "Report on the Results of Accounting in the Field of Atmospheric Air Protection" for 2025.

Respondents for departmental reporting are legal entities engaged in economic and other activities related to the emission of pollutants into the atmospheric air from stationary emission sources, based on a permit for the emission of pollutants into the atmospheric air or a comprehensive environmental permit, including a permit issued for the period of commissioning and acceptance into operation of an atmospheric air impact facility.

The report shall be submitted by January 25, 2026, in electronic form to the regional committees for natural resources and environmental protection at the location of the atmospheric air impact facility.

The form of the departmental report "Report on the Results of Accounting in the Field of Atmospheric Air Protection" is approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated November 19, 2025, No. 13-T "On Departmental Reporting".

Failure to submit departmental reporting entails administrative liability in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (Article 24.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
