Attention water users!

The Vitebsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection draws the attention of water users who are responsible for submitting primary statistical data in the form of state statistical reporting 1-water (Minprirody) "Report on Water Use" (hereinafter referred to as Form 1-water (Minprirody)).

By Order dated December 31, 2025 No. 506-OD "On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated October 27, 2022 No. 333-OD", some codes of water supply sources and wastewater receivers have been revised (download).

The collection of primary statistical data in electronic form using Form 1-water (Minprirody) is carried out by the RUE "Central Research Institute for Integrated Use of Water Resources" (hereinafter referred to as RUE "CRIICUWR") from January 9 to February 10, 2026.

State statistical reporting in the form of 1-water (Minprirody) "Report on Water Use" is approved by the Resolution of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus dated November 28, 2022 No. 125 "On Approval of the Form of State Statistical Reporting 1-water (Minprirody) "Report on Water Use" and Instructions for its Completion" (as amended on October 11, 2023 No. 129).

State statistical reporting in the form of 1-water (Minprirody) "Report on Water Use" (hereinafter referred to as the Report) is submitted by:

legal entities engaged in special water use based on permits for special water use or integrated environmental permits (hereinafter referred to as permits), and their separate divisions with a separate balance sheet;

legal entities, separate divisions of legal entities with a separate balance sheet, operating circulating water supply systems with a water flow of more than 5 cubic meters per day without special water use.

The Report is not submitted by:

gardening associations and dacha cooperatives;

peasant (farmer) farms.
