For the attention of groundwater users

In accordance with the Regulation on the Procedure for Submitting Information for Maintaining State Balances of Mineral Reserves and Subsoil Geothermal Resources (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 2, 2021 No. 509 "On Measures to Implement the Subsoil Code of the Republic of Belarus", subsoil users engaged in the extraction of groundwater are required to submit information on the movement of groundwater reserves and subsoil geothermal resources (excluding petrothermal resources), as well as information on products obtained during the extraction and primary processing (purification, enrichment) of minerals, their cost and prime cost, and areas of use as of January 1, 2026, in the form specified in Annex 1 to the Regulation (Sections II and III), by March 15 to the State Enterprise "Belgeocenter".

The form for submitting information and examples of its completion are posted on the enterprise's website SE "Belgeocenter" in the section "For Subsoil Users/Procedure for Receiving Departmental Reporting and Information on the State and Movement of Mineral Reserves".
