Regulations on the procedure for submitting information for maintaining state balances of mineral reserves and subsurface geothermal resources

In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 02, 2021 No. 509 on the approval of the Regulation on the procedure for submitting information for maintaining state balances of mineral reserves and subsurface geothermal resources (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), it is necessary to provide information on the movement (extraction) of reserves of underground waters and (or) subsurface geothermal resources (excluding petrothermal) and information on products obtained during the extraction and primary processing (purification, enrichment) of minerals, their cost, prime cost, and areas of use as of January 1, 2026, in the form specified in Annex 1 to the Regulation (Section II and Section III) by March 15 to the State Enterprise "Belgosgeocenter".
According to clause 3 of the Regulation, information on the extraction of underground waters (fresh and mineral) is submitted in respect of approved reserves of minerals and (or) subsurface geothermal resources (excluding petrothermal).
The form for submitting information in Microsoft Excel format and examples of its completion are posted on the enterprise's website www.belgeocentr.by in the section "For Subsurface User/Procedure for Receiving Departmental Reporting and Information on the Status and Movement of Mineral Reserves".
