The article, based on theoretical provisions and norms of the Code of Administrative Offenses (KoAP) and the Code of Administrative Procedure (PikoAP), analyzes the concept of "loss of validity of a decision" in the context of the institution of reviewing a decision in the administrative offense process.

The possibility of applying the specified concept to other resolutions issued in the accelerated administrative process is being considered.

The provided systematic analysis of the norms of the Code of Administrative Procedure and Article 7.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses indicates the need to distinguish the concept of "loss of validity of a resolution" from the concept of "cancellation of a resolution in a case".
