According to Part 3 of Article 16.44 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus, an individual is subject to administrative liability in the amount of up to thirty basic units, an individual entrepreneur – up to one hundred basic units, and a legal entity – up to one thousand basic units. It should be understood that this is only the fine itself. There is also compensation for damage caused by waste – rates established by government decree, according to which its amount is calculated. Moreover, it will be necessary to eliminate the negative consequences and clean up after oneself.
