Legal entities or individual entrepreneurs planning to carry out special use of plant resources must submit an application to the city or district executive and administrative body by March 15.

Legal entities or individual entrepreneurs planning to carry out special use of plant resources by March 15 shall submit an application in the prescribed form, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1320 of October 4, 2011, to the city or district executive and administrative body.

Special use of plant resources is carried out for the following types of use:
harvesting of tree sap;
collection, harvesting (purchase) of wild plants (including moss, lichens, and mushrooms) and (or) their parts (berries, nuts, cones, other fruits, buds, leaves, flowers, bark, roots, etc.);
haymaking;
grazing of livestock;
use of plant resources for cultural, health, tourist, other recreational and (or) sports purposes;
use of plant resources for scientific research and educational and experimental purposes.

When carrying out the use of plant resources, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are obliged to keep records of harvested plant products.
