On February 19, Lake Usvyachye was surveyed for the purpose of leasing fishing grounds to the limited liability company "Batspectech".

A commission comprising representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Rossony District Executive Committee, the Rossony District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, and the Verkhnedvinsk State Inspectorate for Animal and Plant Life conducted an inspection of fishing grounds to assess the condition of the banks in accordance with sanitary norms and rules, as well as to create the necessary favorable conditions for amateur fishing on Lake Usvyechye, with an area of 420 hectares, located 17 km northeast of the urban-type settlement of Rossony, and leased to OOO "Batspectech".
