The hunting season for capercaillie and black grouse has opened in Belarus.

From March 20 to May 10, hunting for male capercaillie (except in Brest and Grodno regions) and black grouse at leks is permitted.

"Capercaillie and black grouse are regulated game species, and hunting for them is carried out based on permits for the extraction of game animals and accompanying hunting vouchers, in strict accordance with extraction quotas."
