The issues of bringing order to the land in the Rossony district have been and continue to receive the closest attention.

Improvement and tidying up the land is a daily systematic work, a meticulous and labor-intensive process. Considerable labor and financial resources are spent by the joint efforts of organizations and the population to maintain order in the territories of settlements, recreation areas, and other facilities in the district.

To solve these problems, in addition to daily activities for cleaning territories and waste removal, a plan of measures for tidying up the land and improving settlements for 2026 has been approved in the district.

This is a comprehensive set of measures to create more comfortable living conditions for people, including:

• planting trees, shrubs, and flowers;
• repair of the street and road network of settlements;
• demolition of dilapidated buildings;
• installation and repair of containers for municipal waste collection;
• and many other works.

Special attention is paid to:

• cleaning and landscaping of settlement territories, yards, streets, parks, recreation areas, and other social, domestic, and cultural facilities;
• improvement of memorial complexes, places of military glory;
• improvement of territories adjacent to roads;
• elimination of unauthorized landfills;
• tidying up the territories of organizations;
• repair of the street and road network, and entrances to courtyards.
