The government has determined the amount of compensation for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for the costs of collecting waste of goods and packaging for 2026

✍️ The Council of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 132 of March 19, 2026 "On establishing the amounts of expenditure and compensation for 2026".

? According to the document, the amount of compensation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for expenses is provided (in Belarusian rubles):

• for the collection of waste generated from procurement from individuals (excluding individual entrepreneurs), provided that such waste is used;
• for the collection of waste at temporary waste storage sites intended for the self-disposal of consumer waste by its producers, and (or) for the extraction of waste during the sorting of municipal waste.

The legal act also defines the amounts of other compensations in the field of waste management.

❗️ The Resolution entered into force on March 22, 2026 and applies to relations that arose from January 1, 2026.
