Intellectual game "Feathered Friends"

The Rossonsky District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, in conjunction with the state environmental institution "ECO-ROSSY," held an intellectual game "Feathered Friends."

Students of grades 5-7 of the educational institution "Rossony Secondary School named after P.M. Masherov" took part in the game, timed to coincide with the International Day of Birds.

The schoolchildren were told about the role of birds in nature, and about species included in the Red Book of the Republic of Belarus. Attention was drawn to the fact that the disappearance of birds would cause irreparable damage to the entire ecosystem in which we exist.

Participants of the event received prizes and, through joint efforts, built and installed birdhouses on trees.
