Changes have been made to the Harvesting Rules

On April 5, 2026, Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus No. 10 dated March 27, 2026, came into force.

The mention of individual entrepreneurs has been excluded from the Rules for harvesting tree sap, collecting, harvesting (purchasing) wild plants and (or) their parts, approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources dated November 21, 2016 No. 37.

Now, such activities are carried out only by legal entities possessing the right to special use of plant world objects in accordance with Article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 205-Z dated June 14, 2003 "On the Plant World".
