CARE WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES

Many sincerely want to help: they saw off a dry branch, trimmed the crown so that the tree could breathe easier. But often such "help" turns into an injury -Proper pruning prolongs the life of the tree, improper pruning leads to diseases and death. How to prune -Tools should be sharp and clean (disinfect with alcohol) -Cut branches at the ring - along the thickening at the base of the branch, leaving no stump -For thick branches, use the three-cut method (bottom ➡ top ➡ final) -Immediately treat the cut with garden pitch What not to do -Leave stumps - they die off and become a gateway for infection -Cut the branch flush with the trunk - this will result in a deep wound IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER Independent pruning on public lands (without the status of an authorized person or contract) is a violation. Ignoring the rules threatens fines, compensation for damages, and even criminal prosecution. If a tree in the yard requires pruning, contact the housing and communal services.
