Safety Precautions Memo!

During the community clean-up day, the provision of healthy and safe working conditions at your workplace should be carried out as usual.

Outside of your regular workplace, the following requirements must be observed:

Conduct targeted occupational safety and health training for employees on the type of work being performed.

Conduct a health status survey of employees during the targeted training.

Ensure compliance with the norms for lifting and manually moving heavy objects by women participating in the community clean-up day – no more than 7 kg.

Take measures to prevent accidents involving vehicles and/or injury from moving parts for workers involved in operations with tractors, excavators, and other machinery and mechanisms.

Do not allow employees to perform work if their well-being deteriorates due to colds or if they are unwell.

Do not allow individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs to work.

Do not allow employees who lack appropriate training to perform work classified as high-risk.

Do not allow individuals who are not provided with personal protective equipment to perform work.
