What is considered a violation? A violation is the fact of hogweed growing on a land plot that is owned, used, or held in perpetual inheritance. This includes: Failure to take measures to remove hogweed. Allowing the plant to spread to neighboring plots and public lands. Ignoring the requirements of local authorities (executive committees) and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection to clear the territory. ⚠️ The Rossony District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection monitors the compliance of land users with the requirements for regulating invasive plant species and reminds that in case of failure to take measures for their destruction, land plot users may be brought to administrative responsibility.
