How to properly landscape the territory?

In Belarus, planting trees near apartment buildings is strictly regulated by the Law "On the Plant World." You cannot simply buy a sapling and plant it under a window. Key rules: ✔Any planting must be approved by the managing organization. Cables and pipes run underground and must not be damaged. ✔Observe the distance. A minimum of 5 meters from the building walls and 1.5 meters from pathways. ✔Choose the right species. No invasive trees (box elder, black locust) or species with powerful roots (poplar, willow). Unauthorized landscaping is subject to administrative liability in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.
