On the procedure for handling waste generated in horticultural associations and garage cooperatives.

In horticultural associations, the following are subject to separate collection: secondary material resources (hereinafter referred to as SMR), plant waste, bulky waste, and construction waste.

For the collection of plant waste, a site with an area of at least 6.0 m² with fencing on three sides at least 1.0 m high shall be created, or a large-capacity container (bin) (with a volume of 6.0 m³ or more) shall be installed. Composting of plant waste or its other use is permitted, including the incineration of parts of tree trunks, stump and root wood, and plant waste, in compliance with fire safety regulations, on the land plots owned by the land users, provided that there is an agreement with an organization engaged in composting or other use of plant waste.

For the collection of bulky waste and construction waste, special containers (with a volume of 6.0 m³ or more) shall be installed or sites shall be equipped.

In garage cooperatives, the following are subject to separate collection: SMR, worn-out tires, used oils, and other special liquids.

For the collection of used oil, containers shall be used in accordance with the technical code of practice 17.11-05-2012 (02120) "Environmental Protection and Nature Management. Waste. Rules for handling used petroleum products."

A designated area (compartment, bin, container) for the placement of worn-out tires shall be provided on the container site.

The removal of waste generated in horticultural associations and garage cooperatives shall be carried out in accordance with waste removal service agreements concluded by management bodies with legal entities or individual entrepreneurs providing such services.
