Procedure for issuing permits for the storage and disposal of production waste

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on waste management, business entities engaged in the management of production waste intended for disposal and (or) long-term storage shall obtain permits for the storage and disposal of production waste (hereinafter referred to as the permit).

The procedure for issuing permits is defined in the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of January 14, 2022 No. 3 and in the Regulations on the grounds, conditions, procedure for issuing, suspending and revoking permits for the storage and disposal of production waste, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2019 No. 818.
