Land amnesty has become broader

It will now be easier to legalize illegally occupied land. This applies to cases where the land was used for planting or temporary structures. Local authorities will be able to give the "green light" even to plots that slightly deviate from approved development plans. The main bonus is that the legalization fee can be paid in installments for up to 5 years. And the preferential land purchase (at a reduced price) has been extended until January 1, 2028.

No more double payments

Previously, when selling or dividing a plot that had already been purchased through an auction, the owner sometimes had to pay the market value again. This loophole has now been closed – there will be no repeat payment. This is a fair decision for those who have already paid the state once.

What you can do on a garden plot

Owners of such plots are now officially allowed to install temporary fences and enclosures, as well as plant perennial plants and trees.
