Rassonsky District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection

The Rassony District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection (hereinafter referred to as the Inspectorate) is a territorial body of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and a structural unit of the Vitebsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, exercising state authority in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources within the territory of the respective administrative-territorial unit. The Inspectorate is subordinate solely to the Committee and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. The Inspectorate is guided in its activities by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, legal acts of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the Committee, and the Regulations on the Inspectorate.

Procedure for addressing citizens and legal entities

Submissions of appeals are made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 300-Z "On Citizens' and Legal Entities' Appeals".

For questions of interest, citizens and legal entities have the right to appeal to the inspectorate by submitting a written, electronic, or oral appeal.

A written appeal is an appeal received by the inspectorate at the address: 211471, Rossony urban settlement, Pushkina St. 7, office 8.

An electronic appeal is an appeal received using the state unified (integrated) republican information system for accounting and processing citizens' and legal entities' appeals https://обращения.бел/.

An oral appeal is an applicant's appeal stated during a personal meeting.

The main tasks of the inspectorate are:

state control in the field of environmental protection;
state regulation in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources;
coordination of activities of state bodies (other state organizations) in ensuring environmental safety, including in the implementation of design solutions for planned economic and other activities, environmental protection and rational use of natural resources;
providing state bodies, other organizations and citizens with environmental information, organizing the promotion of environmental knowledge, participating in the creation of a system of environmental education, enlightenment and upbringing, interacting with public organizations (associations);
participation in international, including cross-border, cooperation, studying, summarizing and disseminating international experience in the field of environmental protection, rational use of natural resources and climate regulation.
