The prosecutor's office has checked the implementation of anti-corruption legislation

The Prosecutor's Office of the Rossony District conducted inspections of compliance with anti-corruption legislation by one of the largest organizations in the Rossony District, during which a number of systemic violations were identified.

Specifically, it was established that in several cases, conflicts of interest and risks of their occurrence were allowed in the organization of work. Furthermore, the work of the anti-corruption commission was not properly organized, and instances of formal fulfillment of its assigned tasks and functions were revealed. Responsible officials also committed violations regarding the procurement of goods (works, services) through a single-source procedure.

Based on the results of the inspections, two relevant submissions were made to the organization's director. Following their consideration, the identified violations were rectified, and the responsible officials were held accountable through disciplinary measures.
