There must be order on earth

The Prosecutor's Office of the Rossony District conducted an inspection of the implementation of legislation on maintaining order in the settlement of Rossony, specifically regarding the organization and management of work with vacant residential buildings, during which numerous violations were identified.

In particular, a number of residential buildings were discovered in this settlement that appeared vacant, primarily dilapidated, unkempt, and overgrown with grass and woody vegetation. This reduced the aesthetic appeal of the settlement of Rossony.

In order to eliminate the admitted and prevent new violations of the law, the district prosecutor's office took the necessary response measures.

It is important to emphasize that in the past period of 2024, the district prosecutor's office, in the interests of the administrative-territorial units of the Rossony District, prepared nine applications for the recognition of vacant residential buildings as ownerless real estate, as well as escheated property. The applications considered were granted.
