We hereby inform you about the upcoming World Health Day in our district, which will be celebrated on April 7, 2024, in commemoration of the anniversary of the founding of the World Health Organization in 1948.

Each year, a theme is chosen for World Health Day, reflecting a priority global public health issue. The theme for World Health Day 2024 is "My health, my right", aiming to promote the right of every person, everywhere, to quality healthcare, education, and information.

As part of World Health Day, institutions and organizations in the district will hold events dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, focusing on aspects of health preservation and strengthening (lectures, discussions, consultations, information sessions, celebrations, themed evenings, mini-campaigns, contests, exhibitions, etc.), as well as physical fitness and sports events.

Informational and educational materials on the prevention of non-communicable and infectious diseases and healthy lifestyles will be distributed in public places, institutions, organizations, and enterprises.

Our health is in our hands! We invite you to participate in the World Health Day events.
