What are rescuers talking about?
To once again remind boys and girls of the rules of safe behavior, rescuers are conducting preventive measures as part of the republican campaign "Focus on Children!" for preschoolers and schoolchildren of the district, parents and educators.
This week, EMERCOM employees reminded the children about the importance of observing safety rules, both at home and on the street, and also explained how to act if a fire incident does occur. Boys and girls practiced the rules for calling rescuers and learned how to act in various emergency situations.
– Children, remember that in any emergency situation, the first thing to do is not to panic, not to hide anywhere, to leave the premises, to report what happened to adults and call rescuers at numbers 101 or 112! – remind the employees of the department of the five steps to salvation at thematic "Safety Lessons".
Rescuers also hold parent-teacher meetings and briefings with the teaching staff of preschool institutions and educational institutions of the district. Adults are once again reminded that matches and lighters must be kept out of the reach of children, to explain to the child that in case of fire, they must run outside and not hide under any circumstances, to learn their home address and emergency service phone numbers together with the child. EMERCOM employees draw parents' attention to the preparation of houses and apartments for the heating season, and, more specifically, to the condition of stove equipment, electrical wiring, and the installation and maintenance of autonomous fire alarms.
And, most importantly, what rescuers talk about is never leaving children unattended!
