Security School 2024
The district stage of the republican competition "School of Safety 2024" was held at the P.M. Masherov Rossonskaya Secondary School.
Students from all schools in the district took part in the competition. The jury included representatives of the district internal affairs department Ekaterina Yukhnevichus and Sergey Kolpakov, chairman of the district pioneer organization Kirill Zubko, chairman of the district OSVOD organization Viktor Kostyuchenko, as well as inspector of the Center for Life Safety and Interaction with the Public of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Yulia Malashenko.
In the first round, the participants answered test questions, and in the second stage, they demonstrated their public speaking skills in the "I will tell you..." competition. The third test, where students answered quiz questions related to safety, became decisive.
Following the results of the competition, the jury members determined the winners:
Grades 1-4 – Arseniy Palchekh, Educational Institution "Selyavshchinskaya Basic School of Rossonsky District";
Grades 5-8 – Egor Sivokho, Educational Institution "P.M. Masherov Rossonskaya Secondary School";
Grades 9-11 – Anastasia Valentyukevich, Educational Institution "P.M. Masherov Rossonskaya Secondary School".
“We hold this competition annually to increase students' interest in studying the mandatory elective course "Fundamentals of Life Safety," noted Vyacheslav Belyavsky, deputy head of the district emergency situations department. "As well as to develop their creative abilities, deepen their theoretical knowledge, and consolidate practical skills in strengthening personal and public safety."
