Summarizing the results of the promotion
The information and outreach campaign "Safety in Every Home!" has concluded in the Rossony District.
During the first stage of the campaign, employees of the district emergency situations department visited households of large families and families with children in socially dangerous situations. The reasons for families being under close scrutiny by prevention entities are varied, including violations of fire safety regulations. The main goal for rescuers is to convey to children and their parents information on how to prevent emergencies in their homes and how to act correctly in case they occur. During the discussions, the main causes of fires were thoroughly examined, and the topic of behavior on water bodies was discussed, with a viewing of the animated film "The Magic Book" episode "Danger of a Winter Water Body." In total, ten such households were visited during the first stage of the campaign.
During the second stage of the campaign, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations actively conducted preventive work at retail outlets, urging citizens to observe safety rules in their homes and apartments. Visitors to stores were informed about the operating principle of autonomous smoke detectors, methods of their testing, and installation rules. Using the "Life Cube," citizens were provided with information on the safe use of stoves and electrical equipment. The Ministry of Emergency Situations' information campaign "Be Close to Your Child!" was actively presented.
