Rossony. With safety knowledge into the new academic year!
Employees of the Rossony District Department for Emergency Situations are conducting events for children and their parents as part of the republican campaign "Focus on Children!".
As part of the first stage of the campaign, rescuers, starting from August 19, are holding events in retail outlets where children and their parents come to buy everything they need for the new school year.
Department employees invite shoppers to participate in engaging interactive platforms. One of them is the "Safety Exam" platform. Here, under the careful supervision of parents and rescuers, children complete theoretical tasks, answering questions related to fire equipment and technology, and proper actions in case of emergencies. In the practical part, participants race to put on protective gear, install and test autonomous smoke detectors for operability, and learn to tie knots used by rescuers in their work. Upon completion of all tests, EMERCOM employees present children with "Safety Diaries" and certificates of successful completion of the 2024 Safety Exam, as well as commemorative gifts for the start of the school year.
Another form of activity is the "Young Rescuers Academy." The tasks in this exam are similar to those in the "Safety Exam." Here, based on the results of the "exams," rescuers present children with "Young Rescuers Academy" diplomas with grades.
During the events, department employees present the Ministry of Emergency Situations' new information campaign "Nature Has No Heart!".
