We are for safety during the holidays
The republican campaign "Safe Holidays" is actively underway in the Rossony district.
Events within the framework of the campaign are held in all camps created this summer on the basis of the district's schools. The main topics of all meetings with employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations consistently remain fire safety and water safety.
Together with representatives of the OSOVOD (Belarusian Voluntary Society for the Rescue of People on Water), Rossony rescuers use various forms of work in communicating with children. Preventive talks, interactive games, quest games, "Safety Spartakiads" with the use of Ministry of Emergency Situations equipment, excursions and classes in the units of the department for emergency situations, and classes on water bodies are conducted. As previously planned, the children visit the Safety Center.
– With our example, we want to convey to parents information on how to organize a child's leisure time during the holidays, – noted Alexander Podvitelsky, inspector of the propaganda and public relations sector of the district department for emergency situations. – After all, often in the summer, children are left to themselves and are not insured against accidents. Our goal is to draw public attention to the problem of fires caused by children's carelessness with fire.
