Safe summer for toddlers
As part of the information and awareness campaign "Safe Holidays," Rossony rescuers visited the pupils of kindergarten No. 3 and kindergarten No. 4 in the district center.
EMERCOM employees are frequent guests of preschoolers, so the meeting took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rescuers told the children about when and by what numbers to call rescuers, police, medical and gas services, reminding them that they should not call emergency services if nothing has happened.
The children participated with particular interest in the game "Smoke, Street, Fire." The little ones also easily answered questions about what things they can and cannot play with during the "Dangerous-Safe" game. Everyone especially enjoyed the "Smoke, Street, Fire" game.
The rescuers told the children that in case of a fire, they should not panic or hide, but should run out of the room, bending down and covering their nose and mouth with a cloth, and immediately tell adults about everything that happened and call rescuers at phone numbers 101 and 112.
The series "Treacherous Fire" from the cartoon "Special Squad 112" helped the children consolidate the acquired knowledge. EMERCOM employees also talked with the preschoolers about the dangers that water holds. And, of course, there were gifts – all the little ones were presented with colorful brochures.
