The information and awareness campaign "Youth for Safety" starts in the Vitebsk region on October 6

To attract the attention of children and youth to the activities of the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Rescuers-Firefighters, as well as to provide social support to citizens in need, the information and awareness campaign "Youth for Safety" will be held from October 6 to October 17.

All campaign events will be aimed at raising children's and youth's awareness of the activities of the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Rescuers-Firefighters, fostering a culture of safety among the younger generation, and providing assistance to elderly citizens.

Together with the activists of the BYPA R-F, rescuers will provide assistance to lonely elderly people, disabled individuals, and veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

In educational institutions, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will talk about the activities of the youth organization of rescuers-firefighters. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are convinced that familiarization with the movement will help teenagers not only gain valuable knowledge about safety but also cultivate qualities such as responsibility, selflessness, and readiness to help others.

As part of the campaign, thematic meetings, young rescuers' balls, and other initiatives aimed at developing an active civic stance among youth and popularizing the profession of a rescuer-firefighter will also be held.
