Doing good deeds is not difficult!
The Ministry of Emergency Situations pays great attention to working with children and youth, conducting events to foster a culture of life safety. One of these is the republican campaign "Youth for Safety". As part of the campaign, young activists, together with rescuers, took part in the "101 Good Deeds" marathon.
Young rescuer assistants, together with employees of the Rosson District Department for Emergency Situations, visited the households of pensioners and provided them with feasible assistance in cleaning up the adjacent territories and ensuring safety in their homes.
For the members of the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Rescuers and Firefighters, participating in the marathon was an interesting experience. The children enthusiastically took on the assigned tasks and performed them responsibly. After providing assistance, the young rescuers presented the pensioners with visual aids and informed them about the rules of safe behavior in everyday life. In turn, the elderly citizens did not leave their young helpers without compliments and treats.
The fruitful work of the young rescuers and firefighters in providing assistance brought positive emotions not only to the visited pensioners but also to the children themselves. Such events will serve as an excellent example for young people and show that doing good deeds is not difficult.
