Announcement of the Republican campaign "Safety – in every home!"

With the aim of preventing fires and deaths from them, from January 23 to February 10, the republican campaign "Safety - in Every Home!" will be held in all cities and districts of the Vitebsk region.

The main causes of emergencies in residential buildings continue to be careless handling of fire, violation of the rules for operating heating and electrical equipment, as well as children's pranks with fire. In most cases, fire incidents are the result of carelessness and disregard for safety rules. The campaign events will be held in three stages.

The first stage will take place in Safety Centers, drug treatment clinics, as well as on the basis of public order support points from January 23 to January 27. The target audience will be individuals who abuse alcohol and lead an antisocial lifestyle.

Participants of the second stage of the campaign, which will be held from January 30 to February 8, will include elderly citizens with an active life position, residents of rural settlements, and high school students.

From February 9 to February 10, as part of the third stage, rescuers will hold events in places of mass gathering of people: in open areas, markets, large shopping and children's entertainment centers.
