Rossony. Worthy successors

The EMERCOM-profile camp continues its work at the Rosson Center for Children and Youth.

"Young Rescuer" is the name of the specialized shift, with which Rosson rescuers have been closely working for many years. This summer, the program, developed by EMERCOM employees in collaboration with educators of the institution of additional education, is particularly intensive.

The boys and girls attending the camp have already managed to fully feel like real rescuers. Engaging classes were held with the water rescue group and representatives of OSVOD on the central beach of the district center. A class was held on searching for a simulated victim in a labyrinth by a gas and smoke protection team: it was not easy, but our young heroes managed to overcome this challenge.

And during the introduction to the work of the operational control center of the district emergency department, the children experienced incredible emotions: they witnessed a real departure of the duty shift, seeing how the rescuers actually assemble for a fire.

– We conduct events both at our units and visit the children at the camp, – notes the propaganda inspector of the district department Alexander Podvitelsky. – We conduct thematic games, quizzes, show presentations, and cartoons. The children absorb all the information on the fly. I believe that a worthy generation of our current rescuers is growing up!
