Andrei Gavrilenko's working visit

First Deputy Head of the Vitebsk Regional Emergency Situations Department Andrey Gavrilenko paid a working visit to the Rossonsky District.

The working trip of Andrey Vladimirovich began with a meeting with the employees of the production site of the agro-town of Selyavshchina, a branch of "Klyastitsy-AGRO".

The conversation began with a report on the operational situation in the region and the republic. The discussion was very lively and informative. The main causes of fires were actively discussed: careless handling of fire while smoking, violation of rules for operating electrical equipment and stoves, and children's mischief with fire.

– There are two very important points here! – Andrey Vladimirovich summarized after watching a news report by ONT channel about children rescued in the Brest region. – An autonomous fire alarm was installed in the house, which woke up the children, and the children also knew how to act in case of a fire to save themselves. There is only one conclusion: we, adults, must constantly ensure safety in our homes and teach our children safety rules!

During further conversation, the head spoke about the basic safety rules in everyday life and at the workplace, the strict observance of which will help to avoid accidents.

Next, Andrey Vladimirovich held a meeting with the commanding staff of the department and the employees of the fire and rescue unit No. 1 of the department, during which he drew the rescuers' special attention to the need to observe labor discipline. The head drew the rescuers' special attention to the categorical prohibition of driving a vehicle while intoxicated and the negligent attitude towards the performance of official duties in general.
