The tragedy occurred on the morning of May 23 in the village of Omelenets.

Tragedy on the water occurred in the Vitebsk district: a child drowned in a garden association
On May 24, a boy born in 2018 drowned in the "Agrokhimik" garden association in the Vitebsk district. According to preliminary information, the boy went to a dug pond with a group of children, where the tragedy occurred.
