Tactical special exercises were held in Rossony
Tactical special exercises were held at a utility facility in the Rossony district to mitigate the consequences of hazardous meteorological phenomena and natural disasters at facilities whose power supply cannot be interrupted for a long time.
During the exercise, practical actions were taken to connect an autonomous power source at boiler house No. 1 in the district center. According to the scenario, in conditions of low temperatures, a transformer substation caught fire, resulting in an injury and disruption of power supply to a critical infrastructure facility.
A headquarters for emergency response was organized at the site of the simulated accident. The scenario of interaction was worked out by services and organizations involved in eliminating the consequences of natural disasters.
Upon completion of the exercises, the head of the Rossony District Department for Emergency Situations, Alexey Morozov, assessed the participants' actions, and as a result, employees of all services demonstrated a high degree of readiness, promptly and effectively completing the assigned tasks.
