On 12.02.2026 at 13:54, rescuers received a report of a residential building fire on Zarechnaya Street in the village of Kulnevo, Sokolishchensky rural settlement.
Upon arrival at the scene, EMERCOM units found the brick one-story house engulfed in open flames.
The homeowner, born in 1972, lived alone. His body was discovered by EMERCOM personnel in a burning room under a half-meter layer of collapsed structures.
The cause and circumstances of the incident are being established.
