Preventive work

Rossony rescuers are actively carrying out preventive work aimed at preventing fires and deaths from them.

Under the close attention of the employees of the district emergency situations department are categorized citizens – lonely and living alone. The main goal of rescuers in this work is to prevent fires and deaths from them due to careless handling of fire while smoking, during the operation of electrical appliances and stoves, and heating equipment. Households of citizens leading an antisocial lifestyle are under special control of rescuers.

MChS employees carefully study the condition of stove heating and electrical wiring, the correctness of their operation, the availability and operability of autonomous fire alarms, and conduct explanatory work, telling citizens about the tragic events that can result from neglecting elementary safety rules and such a harmful habit as smoking.

Another form of rescuers' work is the organization of safety posts in retail outlets. MChS employees tell store visitors about the number of fires that have occurred in the republic, region, and district, pointing out in conversation how to prevent their occurrence in their homes. Rescuers strongly recommend all interlocutors to install autonomous fire alarms in their houses and apartments. Thematic visual aids are distributed to all participants of the events.
