Water does not forgive mistakes: follow the rules of conduct on water bodies!
Summer has arrived. Soon, bodies of water will be crowded with vacationers, some of whom, in their desire to have a great time, will forget about safety culture and basic rules of conduct on the water.
We remind you how to behave at reservoirs:
- swim in designated areas, at equipped beaches;
- do not swim while intoxicated;
- do not swim alone, especially if you are not confident in your abilities;
- do not swim close to approaching vessels, motorboats, boats, rafts, do not dive under them;
- do not swim beyond buoys and other barriers;
- do not swim alone in the evening and at night;
- do not lose sight of your child.
In 2022, 390 people drowned, including 26 children. Do not let this season's statistics repeat the sad outcome of the past – follow the water safety rules!
