Monitoring was carried out

In September 2024, employees of the Rosson District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a fire safety monitoring of the "Tri Tseny" store owned by "Play Hard" LLC (Head – Vitaly Konstantinovich Sobolevsky).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified, posing a threat to national security, causing harm to the life and health of the population, and the environment:

the building of the store does not ensure the operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing means, as well as their constant readiness for use (fire automation systems are in a faulty and inoperable condition);

the height of the evacuation route between the retail areas in the store building is less than 2.0 m;

the height of the evacuation exit from the retail area is less than 1.95 m.

In addition, other violations of fire safety requirements were identified:

the possibility of opening locks (latches) on doors located on evacuation routes from the inside without a key is not ensured;

maintenance of the fire alarm system is not ensured;

a schedule for scheduled maintenance of automatic fire alarm and fire notification systems has not been developed or approved;

recording of maintenance work on the system in the logbook for maintenance and current repair work is not ensured;

quality control of system maintenance work is not ensured;

a 10% reserve of fire detectors is not provided at the facility.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire-fighting regime in their respective organizations.
